11. October 2025Hesselhoej Double Up Sold
It is with both pride and a touch of sentiment that we announce the sale of Hesselhoej Double Up. This truly exceptional stallion has left our stable and is now sold to Switzerland, where Olympic rider Estelle Wettstein has taken over the reins.
During his time with us, Double Up has proven himself not only under saddle with his remarkable talent and quality, but also as a highly attractive and reliable breeding stallion. Year after year, he has gained popularity among breeders β and for good reason. His offspring consistently show excellent rideability, type, and modern movement, clearly reflecting his strong genetic foundation.
We are therefore thrilled that he now continues his journey with a rider of Estelle Wettsteinβs calibre. With her experience and international sporting profile, she is the ideal partner to further develop Double Upβs potential in top-level sport. We are confident that this new partnership has an exciting future ahead and look forward to following them on the international dressage scene.
We wish Estelle and the entire team behind Double Up all the best and extend our sincere thanks to the many breeders and riders who have supported his journey thus far.
