Herning 2023 - What a week!

Several approved stallions, including 2 awarded Premium status..

Hesselhoej has had an unforgettable week in Herning!


3 approved stallions, 2 of which awarded Premium status.

 

The following qualifications were secured:

 

Solution Unik, bred and owned by Stutteri Unik v. Morten Skov, was named Premium Stallion! Solution will be available to breeders here at Hesselhoej.


Søbakkehus First Mover, bred and owned by Stutteri Søbakkehus v. Agnete Holmsted, was approved with, among other things, 9 in trot! First Mover will also be available to breeders here at Hesselhoej.


Hesselhoej Double Up impressed everyone and was also named Premium stallion with a score of 9 overall and achieving the highest score of all stallions! Double Up was awarded nothing less than 9.5 for walk, 9.5 for trot and 9 for canter! Double Up will of course also be available to breeders here at Hesselhoej.


Anders took part in the young horse championship with 3 horses.

Ravina's Sebastian was placed as No. 4 after 3 really nice rides! Sebastian impressed test rider Cathrine Dufour, who gave him 9.5 for rideability and 9 for capacity! Sebastian was bred by Evy Lund Kvernes and owned by Cathrine Rasmussen.


Worre's Destiny was placed at No. 5. Destiny convinced both the judge and the test rider that he was a horse for the future - this resulted in his being awarded  9 for rideability and 9 for capacity. Destiny is bred by Stutteri Worre and owned by Hesselhoej.


Søbakkehus Manilla produced some nice and consistent rides and was placed as no. 16 out of 52. Test rider Cathrine Dufour was impressed and gave her 9 for rideability and 8.5 for capacity. Manilla is bred and owned by Stutteri Søbakkehus v. Agnete Holmsted.
A remarkable performance by Anders, who rode 2 horses to the top 5 in an extremely strong field! And as the only rider to qualify 3 horses to be ridden by the test rider.
